One-on-One Career Counseling & Group Career Workshops
In addition to one-on-one career counseling sessions provided by faculty advisors within each department, we organizes various career-oriented group workshops each year. These activities aim to help students understand career concepts, explore their interests, values, and abilities, and guide them in developing a personal career road map. The sessions also provide strategies for students to prepare and enhance their skills for future career paths.
The themes of these group career workshops include career rehabilitation, job redesign, employment resources for individuals with disabilities, workplace trend analysis, aptitude testing and interpretation, résumé and autobiography preparation, interview techniques, national exam preparation, government-sponsored study abroad programs, and general study abroad preparation. These workshops are conducted in different formats based on the annual themes, including lectures, workshops, and personal development groups.
Transition Referral Services
After students with special education needs graduate, we submits transition data to the Ministry of Education’s Special Education Notification System. Depending on the graduate’s chosen path—employment, further education, or long-term care—their information is referred to relevant education, labor, or social welfare agencies. This ensures that students receive continued support as they transition into the next stage of their lives.
